Change of Auditors

Kibo Mining plc ("Kibo" or the "Company") (AIM: KIBO; AltX: KBO), the Tanzania focussed 
mineral exploration and development company, announces that it has appointed Saffery 
Champness  Chartered Accountants ("Saffery Champness") as its new company auditor with 
immediate  effect.  Saffery Champness is replacing LHM Casey McGrath who has served as 
company auditor since the Company's inception in 2008. 

Saffery Champness is part of the global accountancy group Nexia International. The Company 
believes that as part of an international group with a strong focus on Africa, Saffery Champness 
has the appropriate global reach and experience across the various jurisdictions in which Kibo 
conducts its business to provide auditor services on a consolidated basis to Kibo and its subsidiary 
companies as it moves toward development of its flagship coal (Rukwa Coal to Power project) and 
gold (Imweru) projects in particular. The consolidated service offering provided by Nexia 
International will also bring about a significant cost saving in annual audit fees for the Company.
