CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS – APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTORS


Shareholders are advised that, with effect from 8 May 2013, Mr. Guilleaume Ernst Paul Pretorius who is
resident in Mauritius, has been appointed as chief operating officer and as an executive director of
Rockcastle and Mr. Andries de Lange has been appointed as a non-executive director of Rockcastle.

Rockcastle has its primary listing on the SEM and a secondary listing on the JSE.
