LISTING OF RMB MID CAP SECURITIES


1. Introduction


   The JSE Limited (“JSE”) has approved the listing on the Main Board of JSE the “RMB Mid Cap Fund”
   as a security in the “Exchange Traded Funds” sector. The aim of the portfolio is to provide returns
   linked to the performance of the FTSE/JSE Mid-Cap Index (“the Index”) in terms of both price
   performance as well as income from the component securities of the Index.


2. The Product


   The aim of the RMB Mid Cap ETF is to provide returns for investors which are linked to the
   performance of the FTSE/JSE Mid-Cap Index. The ETF will invest in all components of the index in
   proportion to the index weightings. The index includes the 60 largest companies on the JSE, in terms
   of market capitalisation, which are not included in the FTSE/JSE Top 40 Index. The fund therefore
   invests in the 41st to the 100th largest companies on the JSE.

4. General


   The portfolio will be managed by RMB CIS Manco (Pty) Limited (“the Manager”), a private company
   duly incorporated in accordance with the laws of South Africa on 27 November 2006. The Manager
   has obtained permission to use the name and track the Index. The Programme Memorandum and the
   Mid Cap Supplement document are available during normal business hours at the registered office of
   the Manager, being 1 Merchant Place, corner Fredman Drive and Rivonia Road, Sandton, from 15
   August 2012. Furthermore, the Programme Memorandum and Mid Cap Supplement document will be
   available on the Manager’s website (www.rmb.co.za/ourFundsETFs.asp) during the same period.
