Shareholders of the Company (“Shareholders”) are hereby advised that the Company’s
integrated annual report (“Integrated Report”), incorporating the full audited consolidated
annual financial statements of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2022
(“Annual Financial Statements”) and the notice of the annual general meeting of the
Company (“Notice of AGM”) was dispatched to Shareholders today, 28 April 2023, and
contains no modifications to the audited results which were announced on SENS and X-News
on 22 March 2023.

The Integrated Report and the Annual Financial Statements will also be available on the
Company’s website, at https://casholdings.co.za/wp-content/CAS-integrated-report-2022.pdf
as from today, 28 April 2023.

Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting (“AGM”) will be held at 12:00 pm on
Friday, 26 May 2023, at the offices of CA Sales and Distribution, 2nd Floor, Boardroom,
Portion 867, Commerce Park, Gaborone, Botswana, and through electronic communication,
to transact the business as set out in the abovementioned Notice of AGM.
