REVIEWED CONDENSED CONSOLIDATED INTERIM RESULTS FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 31 AUGUST 2019


1.   SALIENT FEATURES

     Revenue decreased by 22% to R1.4 million, from R1.8 million in the prior corresponding
     period.

     Headline loss per share (“HLPS”) increased by 81% to 35.24 cents per share, from 19.43
     cents per share in the prior corresponding period.

     Loss per share (“LPS”) increased by 81% to 35.24 cents per share, from 19.43 cents per
     share in the prior corresponding period.
