Appointment of the Acting Chief Executive Officer

Noteholders are hereby advised that Bongani Maseko’s tenor as the
Chief Executive Officer of Airports Company South Africa expires
on 30 November 2018.

The Board resolved to appoint Ms Bongiwe Mbomvu as the Acting Chief
Executive Officer of Airports Company South Africa with effect
from 1 December 2018.

Ms Mbomvu currently serves as the Group Executive: Governance and
Assurance of Airports Company South Africa with expertise
including Corporate    Governance, Compliance, Risk and the
Governance of Ethics.

She   joined the company in September 2013 in her current position.
She   received Bachelor of Social Science, Bachelor of Laws (LLB)
and   Master of Laws (LLM) degrees from the University of Cape Town
and   she is an attorney by training.

The Board welcomes Ms Mbomvu to this new role and looks forward
to her contribution to the Company.
