Notification of Change of External Auditor

In compliance with the Debt Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, debt holders are advised that Transnet has changed its
external auditors from Sizwe Ntsaluba Gobodo Grant Thornton (SNG
GT) to Auditor-General South Africa (AGSA) at the Annual General
Meeting that was held on 23 October 2020.

SNG GT was due for rotation as external auditors and AGSA is
Transnet’s Auditors in terms of the Public Audit Act, No. 25 of
2004.
