Bondholders are advised that the annual financial statements (“the financial statements”) of MMI Group for
the year ended 30 June 2018 are available for inspection at MMI Group’s registered office.

The financial statements of MMI Group have also been made available on their website at
http://www.mmiholdings.co.za/en/investor-relations/note-programme.

Bondholders are further advised that the audit report on the financial statements of the Issuer is unqualified,
with no modifications applicable and that no restatements to previously published annual financial statements
have been included in the financial statements.
