Shareholders are advised that Ascension's integrated report for the 2 months ended 31 August 2015, incorporating the
audited annual financial statements for the 2 months ended 31 August 2015, was dispatched today, 29 February 2016,
and contains no changes from the audited condensed consolidated financial statements for the 2 month period ended
31 August 2015 which were published on SENS on Tuesday, 27 October 2015.
