NO CHANGE STATEMENT, AVAILABILITY OF THE INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPIORT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING


Shareholders are advised that the Company’s integrated annual report, incorporating the audited annual financial
statements for the year ended 31 May 2020 (on which the Company’s auditors, Mazars, expressed an unmodified
audited      opinion),    has      been      published    and    is    available     on    Company’s     website,
https://onelogix.com/documents/annualReports/Onelogix-IAR-2020.pdf and contains no changes from the summary of
the audited consolidated results for the year ended 31 May 2020 which was released on SENS on 17 September 2020.

The notice of annual general meeting together with the summary of the audited consolidated results for the year ended
31 May 2020, was distributed to shareholders today, Monday, 2 November 2020.

The Company’s annual general meeting will be held at the offices of the Company, 46 Tulbagh Road, Pomona,
Kempton Park, Gauteng on Tuesday, 1 December 2020 at 10:00.

The last day to trade in order to be eligible to participate in and vote at the annual general meeting is Tuesday,
17 November 2020 and the record date for voting purposes is Friday, 20 November 2020.
