RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR                                           
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE       
Limited, notification is hereby given that Ms Khosi Sibisi has tendered her     
resignation as an independent, non-executive director with effect from 30 June  
2010 due to her extensive cross border business commitments.                    
The board of directors wishes to thank Khosi for her input during her tenure as 
a director.
