condensed audited financial results released on SENS on 14 October 2008.        
Notice is hereby given that the first annual general meeting of shareholders of 
Poynting will be held at 33 Thora Crescent, Wynberg, Sandton, 2090 at 10:00 on  
Wednesday, 4 February 2009, to transact the business stated in the notice of the
annual general meeting, which notice forms part of the Annual Report.
