Notification of Adjustment Event on UBS Actively Managed Exchange Traded
Notes linked to the EFPC Local Equity Portfolio – Series 10.

Certificateholders of UBS Actively Managed Exchange Traded Notes linked to
the EFPC Local Equity Portfolio are hereby advised of the Adjustment Event
that supersedes the Final Terms dated 06 September 2019.

The Reference Portfolio Advisor has created the Reference Portfolio by
selecting the initial constituents (the "Initial Constituents") on 20
September 2019 (the "Pricing Date").

The Amended and Restated Final Terms implements the required updates in
line with the initial portfolio composition on the Pricing Date.

These listings are issued under the JSE Placement Document for the Issuance
of South African Securities up to an authorised amount of ZAR 14 000 000
000.

Effective date of adjustment: Monday, 30 September 2019.
