CONDENSED CONSOLIDATED INTERIM FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE SIX MONTHS
ENDED 30 JUNE 2022

1.   SALIENT FEATURES

     -   Administration expenditure increased by 166% to R27.63 million, from R10.37 million
         in the prior corresponding period.
     -   Headline earnings per share decreased by 19.11 cents per share to a headline loss of
         4.09 cents per share (2021: headline earnings of 15.02 cents per share).
     -   Earnings per share decreased by 19.11 cents per share to a loss of 4.09 cents per
         share (2021: earnings of 15.02 cents per share).
     -   The board of directors, after careful consideration, has elected to not declare a
         dividend for the period ending 30 June 2022 (2021: nil).
