REMINDER OF LOGISTICAL ARRANGEMENTS FOR GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on the Stock Exchange News Service on 13
November 2020, and to the circular distributed to shareholders on 16 November 2020, and are hereby
reminded of the logistical arrangements for the general meeting to be held at 10h00 this Thursday, 17
December 2020.
The general meeting will only be accessible via electronic facility/communication in terms of section
63(2)(a) of the Companies Act and as permitted in terms of the Listings Requirements and the
Company’s MOI.
Certificated shareholders and dematerialised shareholders with "own name" registration who wish to
participate in and vote at the general meeting are reminded to contact Link Market Services South
Africa Proprietary Limited at meetfax@linkmarketservices.co.za as soon as possible in order to obtain
log-in credentials for the general meeting. Shareholders will be directed to the electronic platform
through which the general meeting will be hosted. Proof of identification will be required before such
shareholders are provided with usernames and passwords.
Dematerialised shareholders other than those with "own name" registration who wish to participate
in and vote at the general meeting should request the necessary letter of representation from their
CSDP or broker and submit a copy thereof to Link Market Services South Africa Proprietary Limited at
meetfax@linkmarketservices.co.za as soon as possible in order to obtain the necessary log-in
credentials and to allow the transfer secretaries to make the necessary arrangements. Shareholders
will be directed to the electronic platform through which the general meeting will be hosted.
Shareholders are encouraged to submit their votes by proxy before the general meeting.
Shareholders will be liable for their own network charges which will not be for the expense of Anchor
nor its service providers. Neither Anchor nor its service providers can be held accountable in the case
of loss of network connectivity or network failure due to insufficient airtime/internet
connectivity/power outages or the like which would prevent shareholders from voting or participating
in the general meeting.
