Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on 15 November 2013 confirming the

results of the SVF shareholders’ meeting held on 15 November 2013. Shareholders are also referred

to the announcement released on 22 November 2013 in which shareholders were advised of the

delay in the anticipated listing of the Class B Shares on the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) and

JSE’s Alternative Exchange (“AltX”).



The directors confirm that the required approval from the BSX for the issue and listing of the further

Class A Shares and the private placement and listing of the Class B Shares was obtained on

26 November 2013. Accordingly:



    -   the further Class A Shares were listed on the BSX with effect from 26 November 2013 and

        will list on AltX with effect from Monday, 2 December 2013; and



    -   140,000 Class B Shares were listed on the BSX with effect from 26 November 2013 and the

        anticipated revised listing date of the Class B Shares on AltX is Monday, 9 December 2013.



The revised salient dates and times in respect of the listing of the Class A Shares and the Class B

Shares on the BSX and JSE, respectively, are detailed below. The dates and times are subject to

change, which changes will be notified and released on SENS:
