AVAILABILITY OF LIBERTY GROUP LIMITED ("LGL") AND LIBERTY HOLDINGS LIMITED ("LHL") ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
In accordance with paragraph 6.7 of the JSE Limited Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements, noteholders
are hereby advised that the Annual Financial Statements for both Liberty and Liberty Holdings, for the year ended
31 December 2024 are available for inspection through a secure electronic manner at the election of the person requesting
inspection.
The annual financial statements have also been made available on the website at:

Noteholders are also advised that the issuer's audit reports are unqualified with no modifications applicable. There were
no restatements to the primary statements for both LHL and LGL. Certain disclosures within the LGL annual financial statements
were restated, the details of which are included in note 52 of the LGL financial statements.
