NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE IN AUDITOR
Noteholders are hereby notified that Moore Infinity Inc. have been appointed as UsPlus’ external
auditor, with Ettienne Rossouw (IRBA number 505893) as designated audit partner, replacing
PKF Octagon South Africa Inc. and Matthew Visser (IRBA number 649846) as auditor and
designated audit partner, respectively, with effect from 28 February 2023.
The change in audit firm was initiated by UsPlus to retain an appropriate level of consistency
within the audit team year-on-year, following a move by a number of the former external audit
team’s personnel between audit firms.
The board of directors of UsPlus (“the Board”) thanks PKF Octagon South Africa Inc. for their
services to the Company. The Board is pleased that Mr Visser will remain an integral part of the
external audit engagement of UsPlus and thanks him for the excellent service that he provided
during his tenure as designated audit partner.
