 Renergen (ASX: RLT) (“Company”) announces that, in accordance with the Deed of
 Undertaking entered into between the Company and ASX, and in accordance with section
 122 (3)(b) of the Companies Act No. 71 of 2008, as amended, and section 3.83(b) of the
 Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, it is providing shareholders with the following
 information in relation to the change in voting power of the substantial holding held by
 Notable Pioneer Limited as of 14 March 2022.
