CHANGE TO THE INDLUPLACE BOARD


Shareholders are advised that Taffy Adler, Indluplace's non-executive independent chairman, who was due to retire by
rotation at the annual general meeting, elected to not offer himself for re-election and accordingly ordinary resolution
1.2 was withdrawn at the commencement of the meeting.

Taffy has been the chairman of Indluplace since the Company's listing in 2015 and the board of directors thanks him
for his valuable contribution, commitment and service to the Company during his tenure as chairman.

The Company has commenced the process to appoint a successor and an announcement in this respect will be made in
due course.
