VOLUNTARY UPDATE BY MML REGARDING INTERIM
FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

Noteholders are advised that MML has decided to stop the preparation and publication of their interim financial
statements (“interims”) from its 2021 financial year (“F2021”). Neither the Companies Act nor the JSE Limited
Debt Listings Requirements place an obligation on the Issuer to prepare or publish interims. It is the Issuer’s
opinion that the interims of the guarantor, Momentum Metropolitan Holdings Limited, provide sufficient relevant
information to noteholders of the Issuer and that the preparation of interims for the Issuer does not provide
significant added value to an investor.

The F2021 interims for Momentum Metropolitan Holdings are expected to be published on Thursday, 4 March
2021.
