An adjustment has been made to decrease the issue size of SXEIIN to zero units and SXEIIN will subsequently
terminate. This termination and delisting will be effective from Thursday, 2 January 2020 and the suspension thereof
will be effective as of Monday, 6 January 2020. The structured product is exercisable only in accordance with the
terms and conditions as set out in the relevant offering circular.

There are no holders of SXEIIN therefore no settlement is applicable.
