Availability of Delta’s integrated annual report
Following release of Delta’s audited condensed consolidated results for the year ended 28 February
2023 and audited annual financial statements on 12 June 2023, shareholders are advised that the
2023 integrated annual report, incorporating notice of annual general meeting (“AGM”), is available
on the Company’s website at https://www.deltafund.co.za/financials/.

Notice of AGM
Notice is hereby given that the AGM of Delta will be held [in the boardroom, Building 3, Silver Stream
Office Park, 10 Muswell Road South, Bryanston] and through electronic communication on Thursday, 31
August 2023 at 9:00, to transact the business as set out in the notice of AGM. The notice of AGM has been
distributed to shareholders on 30 June 2023.

The salient dates for the AGM are as follows:
