Annual financial results and webcast presentation release dates

Shareholders are advised that Delta will release its annual financial
results for the year ended 28 February 2023 (“Annual results”) on or about
Monday, 12 June 2023.

Delta Management will host a presentation on the Annual results via
webcast on Wednesday, 14 June 2023 starting at 10:00 (South African time).
A virtual question and answer session will follow the presentation.
