TransCapital has received approval from the JSE in terms of its ZAR 2,000,000,000.00 Note
Programme (“the programme”) on or about 21 November 2016. The programme is available for
inspection at the registered office of the Issuer and can also be accessed on their website at
http://www.transactioncapital.co.za/transcap.php.


To date, no notes have been issued in terms of the programme.

The programme memorandum has also been made available for inspection on the JSE website
www.jse.co.za.
