CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board of
directors of the Company ("the Board") wishes to advise of the following changes to the
Board with effect from 23 May 2024:

   •   Lee Mc Cann, will step down as Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Lee will
       remain in the Company to lead various environmental, social, and governance
       initiatives;
   •   William Yang will be appointed as Chrometco's Chief Executive Officer; and
   •   Greg Hunter will be appointed as Executive Chairman of the Company.

William Yang , is a 42 year old Mining Entrepreneur, who established and led the Sail group
of companies since 2012. His expertise lies in metal trading, mergers and acquisitions, and
mine development.

The Board welcomes William Yang and looks forward to his contribution to the Company.
