INCREASE OF THE DOMESTIC MEDIUM TERM NOTE PROGRAMME AUTHORISED AMOUNT

Noteholders are hereby advised of the increase in the authorised amount of the Toyota Financial Services
Domestic Medium Term Note Programme, dated 23 August 2013 (“the Programme”), from
ZAR 7 000 000 000 to ZAR 10 000 000 000.

The Programme authorised amount has been increased with immediate effect.
