 Change to the board of directors


We are pleased to go to market in line with our 5 year strategic plan includes rotation of
management and directors in order to fulfill the requirements of the ever growing and fast paced
dynamics of the business. As such, Nutritional Holdings will be making strategic placements and
replacements of key individuals in order to achieve its goals of shareholder growth and unlocking
value to all its stakeholders.

The Chief Financial Officer plays an integral part of the company and its successes.

In compliance with section 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that
Ms Suzanne Meyer will no longer be serving on our board from 28 February 2021.

We wish to thank Ms Suzanne Meyer for holding the fort and steadying the ship for the past
months and wish her all the best in her future endeavors.

Nutritional Holdings is currently interviewing JSE top 100 Chief Financial Officers and an
announcement of the new appointment will be made in due course.
