FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 28 FEBRUARY 2017


This is to inform the public in general that the Company is currently not in a position to fulfill its 
obligation with regards to Listing Rule 12.14 of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius (“SEM”)concerning the 
filing of its abridged audited annual financial statements by the prescribed deadline.

Following the re-structuring and dual listing on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, the Company is 
consolidating its financial statements for the first time and is encountering some delays as various 
subsidiaries are situated in several locations internationally.

Accordingly, the directors of the Company have applied for, and obtained an extension from the Stock 
Exchange of Mauritius, granting the Company an extended deadline of 31 July 2017 to file and publish 
its audited financial statements for the year ended 28 February 2017.


The Board of Directors of Go Life accepts full responsibility for the accuracy of the information contained 
in this communiqué which is issued pursuant to SEM Listing Rule 11.3 and the Securities Act 2005.
