Kibo Mining plc ("Kibo" or the "Company") (AIM: KIBO; JSE: KBO), the mineral exploration and
development company focused on gold, nickel, coal and uranium projects in Tanzania, is pleased to
announce that its full audited 12 month financial results for the period ending 31 December 2014 are now
available on its website as part of its 2014 Annual Report and can be accessed on the following link Kibo
Mining 2014 Annual Report ("2014 Annual Report) . The 2014 Annual Report, which also contains the
Company's Notice of AGM, is in the process of being printed and will be mailed to shareholders on or
before the 5th June 2015. The Company's 2015 AGM will take place at 10 a.m. on Wednesday 1 July 2015
at the Conrad Hotel, Earlsfort Terrace, St Stephen's Green, Dublin 2, Ireland.
