FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT RELATING TO CHANGE OF NAME

Shareholders   are  referred  to   the  SENS   announcement  dated
27 February 2015, wherein shareholders were advised that the
amendment to the Company’s memorandum of incorporation relating to
the change of name of Sekunjalo to African Equity Empowerment
Investments Limited (“Change Of Name”) was approved by the
requisite majority of shareholders at the general meeting held on
26 February 2015 (“the Special Resolution”) and that the Special
Resolution had been lodged with the Companies and Intellectual
Property Commission (“CIPC”).

Shareholders are hereby advised that the Special Resolution has
been registered with the CIPC and there are no further conditions
precedent outstanding relating to the Change of Name. Accordingly,
the salient dates for the Change of Name have been revised, as set
out below:

Notes:
 i)    Share certificates in the name of Sekunjalo Investments
       Limited may not be dematerialised or rematerialised
       after Friday, 10 April 2015.
 ii)   If certificated shareholders have not yet surrendered
       their share certificates on or before 12h00 on the
       record date for the Change of Name, their replacement
       share certificates will be posted to them within 5
       (five) business days of such surrender.
