FINAL DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE STX40 SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the distribution amount payable for SATRIX 40 and that as a result of the
distribution declaration relating to SATRIX 40 (STX40) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust
have declared a distribution amount of 20.84 cents per STXNIJ share instalment that is payable on
Thursday, 10 April 2014. The final payment will be rounded to two decimal places.
The distribution amount is constituted by:
- 20.59291 cents in respect of dividends;
and
- 0.24709 cents in respect of other income.
The gross dividend of 20.59291 cents per share instalment is made up of a gross local dividend of
3.08358 cents per share instalment and a gross foreign dividend of 17.50933 cents per share
instalment.
The gross local dividend of 3.08358 cents per share instalment is subject to the local dividend tax of
15 per cent, resulting in a net local dividend of 2.62104 cents per share instalment. There were no
STC credits utilised
The gross foreign dividend of 17.50933 cents per share instalment is subject to the foreign dividend
tax of 15 per cent, resulting in a net foreign dividend of 14.88293 cents per share instalment. There
were no STC credits utilised
The last day to trade cum distribution was Thursday, 20 March 2014. The Share Instalment
commenced trading ex distribution from Monday, 24 March 2014. The record date was Friday, 28
March 2014.
