CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF DORBYL

In accordance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the Listings Requirements 
of the JSE Limited, shareholders are hereby informed that Mr. Vusi
Khumalo (“Mr. Khumalo”) has been appointed as non-executive director
to the board of directors of Dorbyl (“the Board”) with effect from
20 February 2014.

Mr. Khumalo is a chartered accountant and holds a BCom degree and a 
BCompt(Hons) degree from University of South Africa. After completing 
his articles at Ernst & Young (1989 – 1992), Mr. Khumalo worked for 
various companies in the internal audit function, including amongst 
others, Anglo American Corporation of South Africa Limited and Edcon 
Holdings Limited (1992 – 1998). He joined the Industrial Development 
Corporation of Southern Africa Limited (“IDC”) in 1998 and is responsible 
for managing IDC’s investment portfolio.


The Board wishes to welcome Mr. Khumalo and looks forward to his contribution 
to the Company.
