 FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT RELATING TO CHANGE OF NAME

 Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcements dated 17
 January 2014 and 27 November 2013, wherein shareholders were
 advised that the amendment to the Company’s memorandum of
 incorporation relating to the change of name of M&S to CSG
 Holdings Limited (“Change Of Name”) was approved by the
 requisite majority of shareholders at the general meeting
 held on 27 November 2013 (“the Special Resolution”) and that
 the Special Resolution had been lodged with the Companies
 and Intellectual Property Commission (“CIPC”).

 Shareholders are hereby advised that the Special Resolution
 has been registered with the CIPC and there are no further
 conditions precedent outstanding relating to the Change of
 Name. Accordingly, the salient dates for the Change of Name
 have been revised, as set out below:
