On 13 April 2023, Alex Dunn, General Counsel and Company Secretary and a Person
Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (“PDMR”), was granted 86,538 options to buy
ordinary 5 pence shares in the Company (“Shares”) in accordance with the terms of the
Hammerson Savings-Related Share Option Scheme.

The options were granted at an option price of £0.208 pence per Share. The savings
contract will begin on 1 May 2023 and the options will be exercisable from 1 May 2026 to
31 October 2026.

This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of the UK Market
Abuse Regulation. The notification of dealing form can be found below.
