Protech shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement published on SENS on 14 March
2012, renewed on 2 May 2012, 25 May 2012, 9 July 2012 and 21 August 2012 wherein they were
advised that the Company was in discussions. There are currently no discussions on-going and
accordingly, shareholders are no longer required to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s
securities.
