UPDATE ON ERRONEOUS TRADES DUE TO SYSTEM MALFUNCTION


Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 15 October 2025 regarding erroneous
trades in Cilo Cybin shares resulting from a system malfunction experienced by a Broker.

The Company engaged with the JSE Limited and the Broker regarding the incident, and the Company's
investigation has since been concluded. The cause of the event was identified as a system malfunction on the
intermediary's platform.

The Broker has since rectified the affected shareholdings, including those related to the Chief Executive Officer
and a non-executive director, and the Company has not been advised of any further irregularities. No directors
or officers of Cilo Cybin authorised, instructed, or benefited from the trades, and no financial loss occurred.

The Board remains committed to transparency, sound governance, and upholding confidence in the integrity of
trading in the Company's securities.
