EXTENSION OF APPOINTMENT AS GROUP CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER


Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 1 March 2022 regarding the
appointment by disinterested members of the Board, as required by the Company's Memorandum of
Incorporation, of Mr Robinson Ramaite as Group Chief Executive Officer for a two-year period commencing
on 1 April 2022 to ensure the effective execution of the strategic direction of the Company.

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are hereby
advised that, having considered the current situation of the Company, disinterested members of the Board
have agreed to extend the period of Mr Robinson's appointment as Chief Executive Officer of Salungano Group
until 1 April 2026.
