CHANGE IN JSE EQUITY SPONSOR


In accordance with paragraph 2.7A (a) and (b) of the JSE Limited ("JSE") Listings Requirements
("Requirements"), shareholders are advised that, following a request for proposal process undertaken
by Old Mutual regarding JSE sponsor services, the Company decided not to reappoint Merrill Lynch
South Africa (Pty) Limited t/a BofA Securities when its current mandate ends on 31 December 2023.
The Board has already identified another service provider with effect from 1 January 2024 subject to
their acceptance of the appointment, having taken into account the reasons for the non-
reappointment in terms of paragraph 2.7(c) of the Requirements. The new sponsor will be announced
as soon as the appointment process is completed.
