AVAILABILITY OF THE GUARANTORS’ FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

Noteholders are advised that the annual financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2022 of Capital
Propfund Proprietary Limited and Fortress Income 3 Proprietary Limited (collectively, the “Guarantors”)
(collectively, the “financial statements”), the Guarantors to the Fortress ZAR20 000 000 000 Domestic Medium
Term Note Programme, are available for inspection at the Issuer’s registered office.

The audit reports issued on the Guarantors’ financial statements were unqualified, with no modifications
applicable.
