AVAILABILITY OF THE ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS OF THE GUARANTOR
Noteholders are advised that the annual financial statements of Toyota Motor Finance (Netherlands) B.V.,
being the guarantor to the Issuer’s ZAR 10 000 000 000 Domestic Medium Term Note Programme, for the year
ended 31 March 2021 (the “Guarantor’s financial statements”) are available for inspection at the Issuer’s
registered office.
The Guarantor’s financial statements will be made available on the Issuer’s website at
https://www.toyota.co.za/financial-services/corporate-affairs.
Noteholders are also advised that the audit reports on the Guarantor’s financial statements were unqualified,
with with no modifications applicable.
Furthermore, the Issuer would like to advise noteholders that there have been no restatement(s) to the
previously published annual financial statements of the Guarantor for the year ended 31 March 2020.
