CHANGE IN NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS

Pursuant to paragraph 6.39(a) of the JSE Debt Listings Requirements, noteholders are advised of the
appointment of Michel Falvert as Non-Executive Director, with effect from 01 October 2024. The
appointment of Michel is in accordance with the Issuer's nomination of directors policy.
Michel is currently the Head of Strategy and Development at BNP Paribas Personal Finance. Michel will
replace Claire Lauzeral as Non-Executive Director as she has left the Group, effective 1 October 2024.

The Issuer would like to thank Claire Lauzeral for her contribution to the business and welcome Michel
to the board.
