In accordance with paragraph 6.28 of the JSE Debt Listing Requirements, the Board of Directors of
Blue Titanium Conduit (RF) Limited, Noteholders are advised that the issuer has appointed Ernst and
Young Inc as the Issuer's audit firm, following the resignation of KPMG Inc, effective on 10 July 2024.

The appointment of a new audit firm is in line with the Issuer's mandatory audit firm rotation.
