Availability of the Audited Annual Financial Statements for the Financial Year Ended 30 June 2026

In compliance with paragraph 6.7 of the Debt & Specialist Securities Listings Requirements (“DSS Requirements”)
of JSE Limited, the ICAV hereby notifies securities holders that the audited annual financial statements for the year
ended 30 June 2026 for the above-mentioned portfolios are available on its website and may be accessed via the
following link: https://www.prescient.co.za/funds/other-funds/#other-funds or
https://senspdf.jse.co.za/documents/2026/JSE/ISSAMETF/PRFATF/Audited Financial Statements_TBI.pdf.

The independent auditor, Ernst & Young Chartered Accountants, expressed an unmodified audit opinion on the
annual financial statements of both portfolios. The financial statements give a true and fair view of the portfolios’
financial position as of 30 June 2026 and their results for the year or period then ended and were properly prepared
in accordance with IFRS as adopted by the European Union and applicable Irish law.

The Manager further advises that there were no material changes to the terms and conditions of the Prescient
Global Funds ICAV ETF Programme Memorandum and the relevant supplements during the financial year. After the
financial year-end, the distribution frequency of the TBI Global Multi-Asset Income Fund (Class C) – AMETF (share
code: TBIMAI) was changed from quarterly to monthly which was approved by the JSE.
