QUARTERLY UPDATE ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders of the Company ("Shareholders") are referred to the ongoing suspension in trading
of the Company's shares on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange ("JSE") which came into effect in
July 2025 following the late publication of the consolidated annual financial results for the year ended
28 February 2025 ("2025 Annual Results"). The purpose of this announcement is to provide an
update on the current state of affairs of the Company and the progress made to date in working
towards achieving the reinstatement of trading in the Company's shares. This update also follows
the further cautionary announcement released on the Stock Exchange News Service on 18 February
2026, wherein the Company advised that engagements are continuing in respect of a potential
transaction under consideration. While progress has been made, certain aspects remain subject to
further discussions and consideration ("Cautionary Announcement").
Shareholders are advised that the Company is prioritising the finalisation of the negotiations referred
to in the Cautionary Announcement. The outcome of these negotiations, together with other key
considerations, will inform the Company's approach to the publication of the 2025 Annual Results.
The Company will update shareholders in due course.
