Further to the announcement released on the 30th of January 2024, noteholders are advised that City
of Tshwane's audited annual financial statements are now available at the following link:

The annual financial statements of the issuer have been audited by the Auditor General South Africa
(AGSA).
Noteholders are advised that in terms of the Municipal Finance Management Act (MFMA), the Audit
Report (AR) must first be tabled at a Council sitting, before being made public.
A further announcement will be released as soon as the AR has been tabled at Council and is
published on the City of Tshwane's website for review.
