NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE IN AUDITOR


Noteholders are advised in terms of paragraph 6.28 of the JSE Debt Listings
Requirements that RSM South Africa Incorporated will be appointed as the Issuer’s
external auditor for the current financial year ending 31 July 2023, with Ben
Frey as the designated audit partner, replacing BDO South Africa Incorporated.


The change in audit firm is effective 9 March 2023, to allow the Issuer to achieve
its objectives to maintain a top quality audit within budget as set aside by the
Issuer for audit services of the Issuer, and henceforth, the decision to change
auditors was not the result of any disagreement between the Issuer and BDO South
Africa Incorporated on any matter of accounting principles or practices,
financial statement disclosure, or auditing scope or procedure.
