Appointment of Interim Chief Financial Officer


Further to the announcement released on 26 February 2020 advising shareholders of
the resignation of the Chief Operating and Finance Director, the Board is pleased to
announce that Mr Andrew Ralph Langham has been appointed interim Chief Financial
Officer with effect from 1 April 2020 to 31 December 2020.

Andrew is a chartered accountant with more than 30 years of experience in finance
and tax, amongst others.

The Board welcomes Andrew into his role and looks forward to his contribution.

The Board is mindful of its commitment to advance transformation in the organisation
and would announce a suitable candidate to the role of permanent Chief Financial
Officer as soon as its finalised.
