AMBER HOUSE FUND 5(RF) LIMITED (“THE COMPANY”) - NOTIFICATION
OF CHANGE OF AUDITOR IN TERMS OF PARAGRAPH 7.16 OF THE JSE
DEBT LISTING REQUIREMENTS

In June 2017, the Independent Regulatory Board of Auditors
published a rule prescribing that auditors of public interest
entities in South Africa must comply with mandatory audit firm
rotation whereby audit firms shall not serve as the appointed
auditor of a public interest entity for more than 10
consecutive years, with effect from 1 April 2023. Given the
aforementioned and prevailing market practice the Issuer has
resolved to early adopt MAFR.

The Issuer wishes to inform the holders of debt securities
that, following a comprehensive tender process, Ernst & Young
has been appointed as the new external auditor effective 18
October 2019. Consequently, Deloitte & Touche (“Deloitte”) has
not been re-appointed as the Company’s external auditor.

The Company would like to thank Deloitte for the services
provided and the value added over the past years.
