RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised that Mr. PM Makwana has resigned from his position as independent
non-executive director and member of the Audit and Risk Committee with effect from
1 October 2018. Mr. Makwana’s resignation follows an appointment as a non-executive director
and chairperson of another board which will require a significant proportion of his time.
Mr. Makwana was a board member for five years and nine months during which he brought a
wealth of experience to the benefit of the Company. He contributed immensely to the growth
and strategy of Sephaku Holdings. The board would like to thank Mr. Makwana for his valuable
contribution and wishes him well in his future endeavours in which he will undoubtedly be
successful.
